House with Fabric screen Shoji

Soft Japanese light and interior created by Fabric screen Shoj

A condominium renovation project in Tokyo. Too strong direct sunlight that shines into a room facing the southeast is transmitted and diffused through a Shoji screen with a special fabric, and converted into soft Japanese light. The silhouette of the louver and the gradual expression of the walls and ceiling finished with plaster are highlighted, creating a sophisticated Japanese interior.
